It all began in the year 1994 when we did our first steps into Bulgaria. At this time it was a real adventure doing business in Bulgaria. Within the last years we gained a lot of experience as well as many important contacts.

In the year 2000 we started our investments in Bulgaria.

At the begin of 2005 we agreed to specialize on development of real-estate projects in Bulgaria. This was the birth-hour of WIE-Vision Ltd.
WIE-Vision is an investing company. The operational work is done by professional companies with longtime experience in their field.

End of 2005 we finally started our first big project: Byala-Diamond. At the moment there are some more projects pending.

Due to the financial crises 2008 and its impact in the Bulgarian real-estate market we decided to postbone our real-estate projects.

In 2010 we started a second business model: we offer software outsourcing. A small team of software professionals will support you in your software developments, especially in Java and C++.

Our mission

In our point of view there are a lot of standard real-estate investment projects for the masses. The real background of these projects is to maximize the gain of the investor - small premises, maximum of build-up-area, tight buildings, less matter about the way of the sun, fast architecture, fast planning, and fast construction, etc. Short said: quantity before quality. These projects create a bad feeling within the Bulgarians because they see that they destroy the beauty of many beautiful places. That's really pity.

That's why we made the decision to develop only selected and exclusive projects. We prefer premises in best location, cooperate with international known architects and we take enough time for the planning as well as for the construction - all to guarantee a very good quality.
